Every Alliance Exchange assembly is tested to ensure it meets our quality standards. All engine assemblies, for example, must pass these tests:
• Crack testing – using the Magnaflux crack and fracture method
• Hardness – on both steel and aluminium
• Surface finish – testing the bore and all gasket faces
• Stress – all components are fully stress relieved.

When you purchase an Alliance Exchange assembly, we encourage you to have it fitted by your authorised Daimler dealer to ensure the work is done by factory-trained staff using the latest equipment.
