Can I still purchase a Mercedes Benz from the Noosaville Dealership? As of the 1st July any purchase/delivery will be handled by our Maroochydore Dealership exclusively. Darren Wiklund has now transferred to Maroochydore, so you will be able to deal with him or any other consultant you wish to.
Can I still have my vehicle serviced at Noosaville? Yes, however we would prefer all servicing is done at our Maroochydore dealership, using our State of the Art Service Centre, qualified technicians and tooling. If you would prefer to still have your servicing carried out at Noosa, this can be arranged.
Where do I go for vehicle warranty concerns? Initially warranty concerns can be handled at Noosaville or Maroochydore however by 31st August all warranty work will have to be carried out at Maroochydore only.
Do we have Loan vehicles at both dealerships still? Yes, and the good news is; we have recently increased our fleet of service loan vehicles at Maroochydore to accommodate additional service work and minimise waiting periods for work to be carried out. The use of a Service Loan vehicle is a complimentary service we offer.
Does Maroochydore Dealership have a Courtesy Shuttle? Yes, we offer a complimentary drop off and pick up whilst your vehicle is in for service (within a designated area on the sunshine coast). Please refer to our website (www.mbsunshinecoast.com.au) for details under ‘News and Events’.
Where can I purchase parts and accessories from? Noosaville will stock a minimal range of parts to accommodate standard servicing requirements only; however accessories and diverse range of parts will be available from Maroochydore.
Finance and Insurance queries? All finance and insurance will be handled by Our Business Managers at Maroochydore.
